1. First, start with the dimensions of the outdoor surface where the Composite Cladding will be installed.
Example situation: Rear facade of a house with a length of 15 meters and a height of 2.9 meters
Calculation:
• 1 Composite panel = 2.90 meters and its area is: 0.58m2
• (15 meters x 2.9 meters) ÷ 0.58m2 meters = 75 composite cladding panels

• OR 15 meters ÷ 0.20 meters = 75 composite cladding panels
Please note: the width of a composite panel is: 0.22 meters, but if you want to calculate the quantity, you divide it by 0.20 meters, as this is the working width. The 0.02 meters (2cm) is for the screw section and that goes under the adjoining panel.

Also consider whether the following products are needed: aluminium profiles, end profiles or corner profiles for a neat and seamless finish of the composite cladding.

2. Then order in our webshop.

What is WPC composite?

Shiplap cladding made from WPC composite material is an excellent alternative to traditional wood. The material is a wood-plastic composite: a combination of wood fibers and plastic. The material used lasts significantly longer and requires almost no maintenance. Although WPC composite is more expensive to purchase than wood, it offers significant advantages that make this investment more than worthwhile.

WPC composite adds a modern and neat appearance to your outdoor space. The initial investment pays for itself through its long lifespan, minimal maintenance costs, and excellent performance compared to standard wooden cladding.

Co-extrusion technology applied

Co-extrusion technology has been applied to this product. This technology ensures high color fastness, extra wear resistance, and excellent resistance to weathering. This means the facade cladding remains beautiful for a long time, even when exposed to sun, rain, and temperature fluctuations. Compared to traditional wooden cladding, composite is dimensionally stable, more resistant to moisture, and requires significantly less maintenance.

In addition, the tongue-and-groove system has been improved, which ensures easy and pleasant installation.

By using WPC facade cladding, your garden shed, chalet, outbuilding, or commercial property, for example, immediately gets a fresh and modern look.

Advantages of WPC composite

• ✅ WPC composite is more stable, harder, and more resistant to weathering and shocks than traditional wood.
• ✅ WPC composite is completely waterproof, so moisture has no negative impact on the panels.
• ✅ Thanks to its clever design, the facade cladding is quick and easy to install.
• ✅ Wood-plastic composite is flame-retardant, unlike standard wooden facade cladding.
